At the age of 23, Carrie fulfilled her childhood dream by opening her first childcare center, which grew into a successful multi-site program. After selling her business to an employee, Carrie shifted her focus to training and empowering directors, teachers, and business owners in the early education sector. She has since supported thousands of childcare leaders through her expertise in management, leadership, and operations. A wife, mother of two, and third-generation entrepreneur, Carrie is passionate about nurturing the next generation of leaders and helping others achieve their dreams.

Kate co-founded Director Success Academy and authored the book From Oh Sh*t to I Got This*, sharing her inspiring story of growth and empowerment. A mother of four and avid traveler, Kate’s passion for mentoring new business owners and crafting exit strategies for those ready to retire reflects her commitment to helping others succeed.

Vernon Mason, Jr. M.Ed.

He has been called the trifecta of childcare. Growing up in an "in-home" program. As his company grew, he has been the owner-director of small, medium, and large programs. After 28.5 years, including a decade of multi-site ownership, he sold his schools to a large regional provider. Along the way, Vernon completed a Master's in Early Childhood, wrote a couple of books, and became a popular speaker.
